300SDL: is possible to rebuild a driver's seat?

Found a very nice 87 300SDL - great cosmetics and good leather but saggy driver's cushion. How hard is it to rebuild one of these seats?

Not hard at all. Buy a new seat base (the metal part, frame and spring) and seat pad (horsehair sealed in plastic) and spend a day taking it apart and reassembling. Don;t need any special tools. The on-line parts houses sell seat cushions, some also sell replacement leather. The dealer of course is always a source.
As a new owner you should take a look at www.mbz.org
