My wife's new (to her) W210 Mercedes 2001 E240 Avantgarde Petrol
Automatic is due a "B" Service at 50,000 miles.
She has been quoted £470 by a main dealer for the service
Fuel filter £70
Air filter £40
Brake fluid £70
Spark plugs £200
TOTAL is £850 (not sure if this is + VAT)
I have no knowledge of Mercedes pricing (I'm a BMW M5 and Porsche 911
guy), so can anybody tell me if this is sensible?
Also, do all Mercedes dealers charge the same, or is it worthwhile
ringing round for quotes?
