The glow plugs were changed right before I purchased 80 = 240D. The light does not operate on the dash and the plugs do not seem to warm up either. Any help will do. Thanks

Check the fusible link under the glow plug relay's plastic cover that slides UP. Relay is on left fender.
Link is available from dealer and on line for about $1.
If motor starts without long cranking the GPs are probably OK and the bulb may be out.
Glow plug light wi;ll not work when 2 or more are bad. You can check them by using an ohm meter Just as easy to replace all the plugs. Good luck
