I read the user manual, followed the instruction and just could not reset it. Why MB makes this so hard to reset it. E320 98, 75,000 miles. Should I go back to dealship?

I read the user manual, followed the instruction and just could not reset it. Why MB makes this so hard to reset it. E320 98, 75,000 miles. Should I go back to dealship?
Our dealer is 45 miles away so first I go to the MB Forum at: http://66.155.125.17/forums/index.php? Thay may be able to help you, but before you do please define "it". ;-)
