Changing the supercharger pulley requires more than just removing the supercharger itself. You either need to disassemble the front of the car, or remove the engine mounts and jack the engine up to give you enough room to pull off/put on the pulley; even once you're gained access to the pulley you'll need a special wrench to remove it.

I believe Mini Mania sells a pulley removal device that allows you to do the job without disassembly. They sell the tool for $350 and will give you a $175 credit if you return it after use. This would seem a much better plan.
