1) make sure your news rule is the correct email address: snipped-for-privacy@nvbell.net -note the XX of max 2) make sure he is still using the same email address! - although saying that i cannot see any of his posts since i killed a month ago. its HEAVEN!

Ere what Newsgroup account are you using? I'm using "news.cheap56k.com" but the server is forever going down! Yes i've complained to them too, but so far it's still playing up!
