motor temperatuur

Ik heb een mini met een 1275 cc motor uit een metro met snelle nokkenas. probleem: Motor temperatuur loopt te hoog op ± 110 graden celcius.

Zaken die gecontroleerd zijn: radiateur 2 core. thermostaat verwijderd grote ring geplaatst. motor is geheel gerevideerd en daarna afgesteld op een rollenbank tot optimale prestatie bijpass kanaal in kop en pomp aangebracht, dus waterpomp heeft enn grote impellor Metalen 4 blads verstelbare ventilator gemonteerd Motor had dit probleem ook voor de revisie

Wie weet nog iets

for a start you do not remove the thermostat the water travels too fast to allow cooling throught the radiator - needs a restrictor of some sort.

has the radiator been cleaned

I have and use a multi blade fan.

these should run at around 82C
