also check the main positive lead that runs underneath the car from battery to solenoid. if someone has jacked the car up and crushed the cable, the cable could be making a weak earth, and flattening the battery, also i rekon this would drain the battery pretty quick. worth a checkover though, just look around the subframe on drivers side (UK)
Hi, RS, I understand what you are saying about jacking the car up and trapping the cable, but this would cause a dead short if crushed against any part of the body or subframes, sparks and possibly a fire would occur, Fitzy this cable is the positive or live,
