1986 Pajero 2.6 petrol - unleaded or not ?

Hi Anyone know, if -86 Pajero 2.6L petrol can run unleaded ? Here in Denmark, we can get unleaded octane 92 or 95 and some-kind-of- leaded octane 98. In my owners-manual it says octane 90-94 but it doesnt mention leaded/unleaded.

kind regards snipped-for-privacy@THISnethotel.dk

Look under your fuel flap, it should say what should be run in your car. Here in Australia, all Mitsubishi cars after 1985 run on unleaded fuel. There are still a great deal of older cars that are using super fuel, how-ever the nozzle used on the older cars, will not fit into the filler unit of my 1986 Mistubishi. If still in doubt, email or check the Mitsubishi web site for a reference check.

Good luck
