1997 Galant. Power windows Trouble

Sorry, glad to see there is at least some life in this group anyway.

ok the window only moves a little bit them stopps. the motor is still going and making a sound like a tommy gun. sounds like whatever track its on is broken. just wondering if anyone else has seen this and if its a real bitch to replace. Ohh its the drivers side window of course.

this info pertains to a 1G dsm but may be helpful as these cars share common parts.
