One would assume that a car company will provide the best color combinations for the customers. Obviously not Mitsubishi.
First of all, they only provide the primitive exterior colors. Nothing subtle, nothing artistic. Ok, fine, this is Mitsubishi we are talking about. Then for exterior color of silver, aqua, gray, and red, only black interior is allowed. "Black?" Are they color blind? Why not at least give the customer a chance to not living in the darkness, why not ar least provide the natural color of beige?
I hope they go to other companies' web sites to learn how to provide matching color. And in case they cannot afford to spend $50 to hire an art student to match the color for them, let the customers match the matching colors themselves. Just let them choose either black or beige in the simplest case.
I hope they fix this in the 2008 lineup. Ah, forget it. They probably don't need any customer that is not color-blind.
At least now I know why they have been doing so poorly in the U.S. It's by choice.
