Sputtering 95 Eclipse(again)

I tried your suggestions with some improvement in performance. But, the sputtering continues. I was reading "Mechanical Manual",it mentioned something about the EVAP CANISTER maybe being the culprit.If anyone has any insight on this please respond. THANKS
