ALLOY WHEELS

can anyone recommend a decent place to get some alloy wheels and tyres...

am looking to get 16/17 inch wheels...and ideally want to spend no more than

550/600

have seen some BK Racing, Oz and a few others around that mark...anything less would be great!

any advice much appreciated!

A few places on Ebay have new wheel and tyre packages, with some very attractive prices.

Depends what your looking for, some shops deal exclusively in euro look and others in split rim and offer better prices. Which car are you buying these for?

i am buying these for a honda civic 1.5i S (5 door hatchback)

Ebay, some great packages for 18's start at 600 quid, 17/16 are much cheaper

How much do you have to spend (includeing tyres) and do you have a prefered style?

well if i can get 0% finance like some places offer, then i can afford about

500-550 pounds including tyres...

i actually want 16" wheels cos with 17" wheels i will need to get the wheel archs rolled which i don't want to have to piss about with...

in terms of style...i'm not sure at the moment...only got the motor at the weekend and am still trying to find out what will look decent on the car i have...

Don't forget the law states that if your car has rear brake drums, the drum must be clearly visible through the spokes of any aftermarket wheel. If the style of the wheel obscures the drum too much, it's permissible to paint the drum bright red so it can be seen.
