Oil in RS2000 axle and Fiat Argenta (132) gearbox

Hi

Can anyone tell me what oil I should be putting in:

1. An RS2000 axle.

1. A Fiat Argenta (132) Gearbox.

The Haynes for the Argenta says:

SAE90/90 not hypoid EP

Everything I pick up in local car spares shop either mentions hypoid or EP!
