Rusty Celicas.

Looking at a GT4 at the moment, for a project, but it's got a ding on the front nearside wing and rusty rear arches. If I could get it for the right price how much are body parts for these cars? It's an H reg.

Thanks.

Does it have a bonnet bulge/Scoop or a flat bonnet?

The ones with the Scoop give more power as standard, but the=20 intercoolers are crap, the flat bonnet ones have a liquid chargecooler,=20 and can potentially make more.

Don't know about pattern body panels, but Toyota will be pricey.

How about Rocker cover rubber gasket, =A328 Rear diff cushion/bush (rubber plate in a late steel ring) =A3110+VAT Pair of Original GT4 mud flaps, =A3150.

Have a look

Crap but not a problem I hope?

I thought they might be. There's a Jap breakers yard near me so I'm going to go along and see what they can do for me.

OK, Next Monday night, get yourself to the Muscrat Manor Pub near Warrington.

Jap car night. Some tasty motors including a few GT4's. Have a google for Japnorthwest.

not all kids in Civics, lots of older couples in well tasty Skylines/RX7's younger blokes in Scoobs and Pulsars. No arsing about, friendly atmosphere, lots of classy cars, and a warm pubs that does food and doesn't lots of pop drinking drivers filling it's car park and stopping the sale of booze.

Oh and on the GT4 site, have a search for a guy called Brutus. He's over in Winsford (not too far from us over here in the Northwest. Does body repairs and mods/kit fitting. And he is quick, cheap, but does a good job.

Maybe I'll see you there then. I'll probably get there late as usual, and have to park out of the way to one side in one of the smaller car parks.

I'll try and get there. Unfortunately the GT4 I was bidding on was snatched from under my nose at the last minute. I lost out by £20 :-( Ended up selling for £920. Still, I've got my eyes on a couple of Supras, an MX7 and a 200sx and some more GT4s.
