1965 Notchback L6 200 <Value?>

Hey Everyone,

I am selling my 65 stang, but I have no idea what the value is. I am the second owner and have had the car garaged for the past 11 years. It has 89k miles on the original engine and 3 spd trans, starts and runs strong and the car itself has little rust. The interior could use an update and it needs a paint job. Any ideas on the value?

Thanks,

Greg

don't do anything to it yet. A collector likes all original, as is. Even if it is on blocks in a barn with an inch of dust on it.

a six cylinder coupe with no options is definitely at the bottom end of collectable value. Any thing you do to the car will not increase the value beyond what you do to it. In other words a $2000.00 paint job will only bring the value of the car up by $2000 if that. Low mileage 6 cylinder coupes in running driving condition with no option (a/c, p/s. pony interior ect) at are best $5000 cars. The options add some to the value but not as much as they do on V-8s or the other body styles.
