Then buy the x-pipes without the cats and install the stock stuff when the time for emission testing is near. That's the cheapest way to go.

I wouldn't imagine so... I mean from the header | x/h-pipe | muffler

Yeah.. I was just curious if it required cutting or welding to install/remove one. It doesn't.
