Cheapest x pipe with cats out there?

Anyone know where i can find the cheapest brand x-pipe that would pass emissions

Im on a budget, and want my stang to be louder than stock, with a bit extra horses.....

Then buy the x-pipes without the cats and install the stock stuff when the time for emission testing is near. That's the cheapest way to go.
