Facts about waranty

Can anyone lead me to a web site that will list information about Fords Warranty in relation to aftermarket parts. I've installed a few things on my 03 GT and I'm just curious if by installing any of these I have voided the warranty.

Bolt on's include:

MAC cat back exhaust MAC Cold Air Intake Steeda Intake Spacer Steeda Sport springs Steeda Tri-Axle shifter (if the transmission went bad, could this void the warrant?) Steeda Underdrive Pullies Steeda Timing adjuster

TIA, Brad

From what I've read the exhaust is only covered in basic warranty anyway. But as for voiding the warranty... You've voided the exhaust warranty (after the convertors), the intake pipe warranty (since you removed it :P), the springs, etc... pretty much anything you replace theres obviously no warranty left on.... unless of course it magically appears before going back in for an issue with that part. As for voiding other htings, the dealer has to PROVE that it was the aftermarket part that caused that.

I'm not going too far out on a limb for the states (what with that Magnusson/whatever act) but I will mention that I have seen more than one yahoo stuck with a $20,000+CA (7.3 diesel) bill because his K&N dusted his motor (please, let's not trot out this free flowing crap..... the only way more air will get through is if the holes are bigger). Gaspots fair better from the misuse of these filters because they don't pass as much air as a similarly sized diesel.

We don't have the benefit of this legislation here in Canada..... thusly, w have a higher ratio of denied warranty claims.

VERY doubtful, since the shifter has nothing to do with the actual internals of the transmission.

True. Same thing if the MAF sensor gets the filter oil on it. But at the same time it depends on the individual vehicle. I havent seen many K&Ns let too much air through on stangs. Gagan
