Try disconnecting the battery for a while (say 1 hour) to reset to the passive security system

tks john i 've already tried to do that , but i wonder why if a security is always activated because i've started to exchange parts , ( get off : lights , hood, ABS , and so on ) lot of parts have been disconnected could it be the reason why ??? on witch system is there securities for preventing engine running ???

many thanks as this car is not imported in europe no dealers can give a response to this kind of problems

The fuel pump may have been disabled by an impact sensor. Check around in your trunk for a reset switch or handle.

It sounds like the computer is not recongizing your key. Did you try your other key?

I am not sure what would cause that sort of problem however. Maybe a broken wire somewhere.

yes perhaps the ignition wire got a default in the crash however the crash was not hard ( air bags have not exploded) i 'll continue to look for a security tks/ jacques
