I've also blocked the others that seem to have followed him in here. The only time I see any existence of them is when others reply to them. Honestly, they can post all day and it won't bother me one bit. That is, it doesn't bother me until someone replies to them.

How about trying this: if you feel that you must reply to the trolls, delete their original posts. Those of us who want to ignore them will thank you.
