The Generals Stay On Duty

I decided to keep the Generals. I called the Tire Rack and they told me if the tires were "out of round" or had a defect that I would get a vibration right from the get go. But after nearly a thousand miles the tires still ride just as smooth as day one, which is to say these tires ride extremely well. They also have nice grip and they're very quiet on the highway. (I haven't run into a downpour yet so I can't say yet how they do for hydroplaining.) Anyways, the tires I'm referring to are Generals Exclaim UHP, Z-rated, in the 245/45-17 size. I wasn't attracted to their low price ($80 each), it was the reviews they received. In the Tire Rack's rating guide, they beat out every tire in that size that are priced between $175-0.

I'll keep everyone posted, if I have any problems with them
