I'm looking for a set of takeoff or good used 17x8 factory Bullet wheels. I'm on a budget so no new ones. Located in Northern Caifornia.

Where in Northern California?
Here is a thought if you are trying to save a buck or two....
Check with the manufacturer for blemished (aka factory seconds). I got a set of Vintage 40s direct from Vintage Wheel Works for about
50%, including the lug nuts, and if you look really close you can find what they mean. If you're a couple of feet away and don't know to look, you'll never see it.Safety is not a problem. They won't take liability by selling something that is unsafe.
I'm not cheap... I'm frugal.... : )
