What Cam does my 5.0 have ??

Actually, I've been to busy driving the Snot out of it since I installed it !!!

My car is up on jack stands in the garage as I type..... I'm in the process of installing that 88 TurboCoupe rear-end (w/3.55s) in it right now!

Can't WAIT to get it done!

89 5.0 LX Vert w/93 Cobra long block, GT-40 heads, some kind of Wildassed Cam (??), HyperTech Chip, 68.5" Short belt for Smog and P/S DELETE, 73mm Police Interceptor Front calipers w/PFC pads, 73mm C&L MAF, BBK 2.5" O/R H-pipe, Flowmaster 40 Series Deltas, King Cobra Clutch Set, BBK Strut Tower Brace, Poly bushings, Steeda TriAx Shifter and soon to be finished installing a 88 TurboCoupe Disc brake rear-end w/3.55s.

Its tough to guess cam specs to say the least. Also, no one has brought it up, what kind of tach are you using? In my mustang my stock tach would show 6500 rpms but the motor was only at 5800 rpms in reality. So while you are thinking it is pulling to 6500 it may only be pulling to

6000 or somewhere around that area. Anyway, I am no going to make any guess because there are literally dozens(probably more) of SBF cams out there. Sounds like yours runs pretty good though so good luck with it. Erik D. '94 white lightning

Still using the POS stock tach.

I have another mini-Tach I need to install though....after my rear-end work.
