I'm planning to get a second set of wheels/tires for Winter for a 1999 Mustang GT. Will any 5 lug, 4.5" BCD wheel fit? Thanks. Randy

Just check on the back spacing of the wheels. Too much and the rim can possibly interfere with stuff under the car. IOW, test fit or take plenty of measurements to get an idea of what kind of clearances you have.
