Is it possible to put a standard DIN-sized aftermarket stereo in an Altima without completely screwing up the dashboard's look? And can it be made compatible with the steering wheel audio controls?

There are aftermarket products to take care of interfacing the stock steering wheel controls in many cars... have a look around.
