Ok, following my Haynes manual for timing my 3.3L Nissan Quest, (93 villager/quest). I've looked up and down on the crank pulley, I've found the timing marks, but I can't seem to find the elusive 'yellow' mark that indicates TDC. Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
Better question is why are you checking it? Unless someone has messed with it, it hasn't changed from the day it was set. To answer your question, it's going to be the last mark to the left on the pulley with the marks up with you facing the front of engine. If you're doing a T-belt change, there are marks on the pulleys once you get the covers off you line up with marks on the new belt.
