what do dealers charge for making a spare key for an SE-R with the immobilizer chip?

It depends, but for a single replacement you are talking anywhere from $75-$100, plus it needs to be programmed (which is relatively simple).
If you lose both keys, and need to have the module replaced, along with the keys the cost will approach $400. So don't lose both.
