My 86 HB pickup speedo needle has started to stick at 55 and takes forever to go to 65 (probably doing 80) I took the dash apart to clean the glass and lubricate the speedo cable (Mobil1 Synthetic spray lubrication) and may have installed the cable incorrectly.I didn't see how it was attatched when I removed it so I guessed it shoulf fit behind the slot in the dash (big collar toward the glass side of the slot? Any suggestions?
