My friend has a 2010 altimas coupe. She says the warning lights all come on while she is driving and the engine is warmed up. Does this have to do with her habit of not using the seat belts?

If its the seatbelt warning lights that come on, then yes. If its all the warning lights, then she has a problem in the electrical system, probably the ignition switch, & she should take it in to the dealer if she hasn't burned through the 36,000 mile warranty yet.
