Blower fan speed, 'blower motor resistor' replacemtn question.

Hi,

I know I read this before, but didn't pay too much attantion as it didn't apply to me, but since it does now, please repost repair to replace the blower motor resistor for a '96 Max. The blower will not blow on the 3rd setting.
