In the air duct behind the glovebox.

It may not have come with the filter... but the opening, frame and access cover was installed. All that is needed is the filter itself, $40-50 at the dealer (unless Fram has started making one) and includes instructions. It should be changed every one-two years, depending on how much you use the car.
