my driverside windshield wiper is completely dead, the passenger side just drags over it, the guy i bought the car from said he just had it repaired and has a 2 year warranty on it, but the use the warranty i have to go to a place in mt vernon kentuck, is this a simple problem to fix, he said the mechanic put a new motor in wipers?, can i fix it myself and where can i find out how
