306 aircon problem !!!!

Hi all i have a 306 1.4 2000 reg and the problem is my aircon switch doesnt seem to be working or the air recirc switch or the heater blower any body have any ideas were to start or common probs ?

know it sounds silly have you looked at all the fuses?
