Try checking if your doors or boot have closed fully and check the door switches with a meter to confirm this, It could be a faulty switch as my 306 used to lock then unlock again if I didn't close the door properly.

"If you hold the locking button down on the key fob a little longer this usually clears the fault. Daft trick, but it does work is to put the key against your head press the button, it will operate the locks. Then walk away, try it at 25, 50, 75 feet it does work, your head effectively increases the range of the signal.

Usually caused by faulty/broken/shorting wire in the loom where it goes through the door pillar/hinge area. My 605 had the same problem but I was lucky and found that by banging one door near the lock mechanism could cure the problem so I disconnected one of the plugs to that door lock unit in the door, can't remember which one but there's only two. This means that I can still lock the car (all doors) with the plip but not actuate all door locks from this disconnected door. Been like that for two or three years now with no other problems. Its a cheaper solution to buying a new door lock unit. Hope this helps.
