My air con on a 95 Peugeot has packed in. Taken connector off and no 12v when turned on. Apply 12v to the other side and air con comes on. Checked all fuses, but don't know if there is a relay involved, usually is if fuse is 30A which it is. Anyone know where it is or have any other ideas.
On pre-98/99 pugs, air-con is routed through aux contacts on back of ignition key switch. Mine (1998 406)had burnt out. Just replaced switch on back of ignition lock.
Or the system may need a gas refill. If there's not enough gas in the system it'll shut itself off to prevent damage to the system.
