I am rebuilding the front end of a 1999 mark2 306td. The new radiator has a temp switch in it, but there is nothing on the fan to plug into it. Does this model use a temp swtich from the radiator ? When the engine is on the fans come on automatically, is this the norm ? Any help greatly appreciated.
