Light cluster in rear door is not available as indicated in handbook - there is no convenient flap in the inside of door. How do I get to the cluster to change bulb?

Light cluster in rear door is not available as indicated in handbook - there is no convenient flap in the inside of door. How do I get to the cluster to change bulb?
