2000 grand prix gtp tcs and abs light stays on when switch is off

just bought this car and shortlly after the tcs will not turn on but the abs light is on all the time along with the low coolant light. It will not let me turn the tcs on but when i bought it all that worked fine and no lights were on so trying to figure out how to fix this. they also installed a gps tracker in the car but it still ran fine for about three weeks after before these lights came on and stayed on all your help is greatlly appreciated

A low coolant light indicates the coolant level is low or the snesor is broken. The TCS will not operate when there is an ABS problem. The ABS can only be diagnosed with a quality scan tool.

ok then the abs is causing the tcs button to not turn on and off and thats why the abs is on all the time what should i check to fix this issue

Your wallet. If it has money, go to a shop that has a scan tool capable of diagnosing General Motors ABS from year 2000.
