Does anyone know for sure whether the grille in a 64 GTO is the same as a
64 Lemans, or is it different? E-bay is no help... It seems like every Lemans part out there will fit a GTO according to the sellers, but I know better (except for the grille, that is!)
The 64 GTO Grille is the same as the LeMans on which the GTO was an option package for '64. The inner areas are painted black to emphasize the chrome trim. The other big difference is the GTO emblem added on the driver's side.
So yes, if you can find a nice LeMans grille, grab it!
