94 sunbird le speedo doesnt work

my speedo was working but only with the headlights on. then it died. the other gauges died as well, i replaced the instrument cluster(used) and the other gauges are fine now, but still no speedo. i then replaced the speed sensor and the speedo still doesnt work. PLEASE HELP
