I have a 96 Pontiac Sunfire 2 door coupe. The driver side door hinges are loose, and as a consequence, the door sags. How would I tighten up the hinges?

I have a 96 Pontiac Sunfire 2 door coupe. The driver side door hinges are loose, and as a consequence, the door sags. How would I tighten up the hinges?
If the bushings are shot, Autozone has replacements for some models. You may need to buy new hinges.
