Engine replaced, now squeals

I bought a 98 Pontiac Bonneville that had a bad engine. I bought a salvage engine from a 2001 Buick LeSabre and was told that it only required changing the oil pan, oil pickup tube and harmonic balancer. I found that it took a little more than that, since several sensors, injectors and oil filter adapter did not fit up. When the installation was complete, I started the engine and it ran great, for about 10 minutes. When it warmed up, it started squealing. At first, it seemed like a belt squeal, but I removed the belt and the squeal remained. I did some more investigation and it seemed to be coming from under the car. I thought it was the starter, so I removed it and lubricated the bendix, etc., but it still squealed. Now I am concerned that the flywheel or torque converter might be rubbing on the flywheel housing, but I'm not sure how to isolate it further. Note that I left the '01 flywheel on the new engine. Any ideas???

Thanks, Steve
