I need help researching this code and fixing the problem. If anybody can help I would appreciate it. I found it to be the Quad Module, but that doesn't mean anything to me or my parts guy! Thank in advance.

I've never heard of a Quad Module but most GM techs will know about Quad Driver Code 26. Scroll about 1/3 down:
