I had an 86 6000 but it wouldn't display the correct speed. We replaced a speed sensor in the tranny and it still didn't work. Got a ticket and by blind luck Dad and I found a broken wire in the throttle ass'y. 2.00 for a section of 3 wires spliced in, Bingo!
