Solstice and G6

Pontiac is going to build the Solstice. There are pictures of the car on the AutoWeek web site. They have all the latest coverage from the Detroit Auto Show. Too bad we have to wait for it but it looks great and it should be very fun to drive.

The G6 will get unveiled in a few days as well. I can't wait to see that one as well.

Supposed to be an article in Sunday's paper , I didn't see the article yet, but read a clip of it being a Low Production vehicle and only a limited run too which will = a High price.

Just make your own? GM has J-Body racing program (forgot the name of it) with the ecotecs that make alot of hp and you can buy the parts from GM to change your ecotec into one like theirs.

Nope. Under $20,000 for the Solstice.

I've read mention only to a 170HP 2.2 I4 engine, apparently no supercharger in the production version yet.

That'll probably be the "base" model motor. Its also one of the motors going into the Cobalt when that gets released.
