Wheel Bearing Nosie

Coming home from Panama City Beach, Florida this past weekend one of the front wheel bearings began singing the blues again. Not sure which one it is yet. Both had been replaced before.

Started out as a Low muffled vibration over 60 mph at first. Mid -way thru Indiana, sometimes at speeds around 35 mph the noise & vibration was unbearable at times. Very odd.

Steering slightly right made the noise lessen somewhat. Hitting the brake hard the nosie went away completely only to return later on.

Had to make sure there was a long enough run to pass cars on the two laners down south. This car don't move out to good anymore.

Car ran fine, AC worked good. 27 MPG. Trip was 2031 miles.

Meanwhile after the stop at MacDonalds in Merrilville Indiana a quick stop was made at the Buick dealer down the road on RT 30. And there it sits, a white base model, 05 Park Ave with a Shale interior with no added options.. MMMMMmmmmmmmmmmm.

Damn do they fly in Alabama. Limit is 70 - cars whizzin by 90 to 100 mph. Almost got hit a few times trying to pass somebody that actually was going 70 !

Some fool tryed beanning my CB antenna with something ( ? an Apple ? ) as he passed by me. It bounce off the roof, but hit the spring part of the antenna. It was some kind of food product.

You know those diamond plate tool boxes that bolt in the bed of a pick up truck up against the back window - Some dude from Tennessee let his big dog ride standing up on top of the tool box cover.

Lucky the dog didn't get blown off.

I beat the hurricane too, it hit PCB Monday morning.

Funny you mention WHite Castle & possibly getting sick. Everytime I eat there I have trouble swallowing their hamburgers, might be too much grease or the goo they call meat !?
