is it the DME Relay that clicks after the immobiliser beeps ?

No, it's the immobiliser relay that clicks. To check if you DME relay is working, check the fuel pump fuse gets power WHEN the engine is cranking. If not take out the relay, connect pins 87 and 87a to 30 (which is always ON) and you should hear your pump running, the engine should start. Don't forget to disconnect when you stop !
