1964 - 904 Carrera GTS

If you look closely at the new Cayman S, you'll notice the bloodlines of one of its predecessors. The 1964 Porsche 904 Carrera GTS. The first racing coupe powered by the now familiar four-cam engine. At the time it was built, the

904 frame design was considered an engineering masterpiece. Weighing only 119 pounds. One of the main reasons for its racing success. The first 904 prototypes were demonstrated at the Solitude circuit on November 26, 1963, to press and potential customers. Its first competition was at Daytona in February 1964.

On a winding stretch of county two-lane, being noticed is the last thing on your mind. Yet Boxster continues to turn heads even when there isn't anyone in sight. Its power, handling and classic roadster heritage are what make Boxster a timeless expression of Porsche driving performance.

AUTOMOBILE Magazine recently named it a "2006 All-Star." Boxster was also featured on Car and Driver's "10Best list" for 2006. Regardless of where the road takes you, Boxster continues to be the choice of those who want to experience every twist and turn in true roadster fashion.

And you do this in the backseat of a 911? I rode in the back seat once of a buddys SC... thought it was gonna take 3 months at a chiropractor before i'd be normal again...

It has to be a Targa or a Cabriolet, naturally.

there's certainly no room for the nasty in any Porsche other than the Cayenne. On the other hand I had a '46 Cadillac model 62 and there was room in the back for a billiard table.
