Who wrote these manuals? Does the symbol (C) or (R) appear anywhere inside the manual? Frankly, I'm concerned you either: a) Spent an afternoon scanning somebody else's book, or worse b) You are using a hotmail address so you can just take the money, not deliver the item, and close the account. Hotmail is good for personal email, but a little unsophisticated for a business account.

Either way, good as it sounds, you have a lot more convincing to do before I send YOU 20 bucks. FIF
