I have a Rover 400 with central locking. One of the back door handles was playing up and could only be opened from the inside. One of my children put the childlock on and shut the door - now it cant be opened in or out. Any suggestions?
I had a similar problem, one of my back doors just refused to open. My local mechanic managed to get the trim off without damaging it, don't ask me how. A plastic part in the mechanism had broken. Fortunately a replacement was easily found in a scrapyard.
